This upgrade is only for the Standard CTUG wheel which can be fitted with either white or black hubs.  White is standard.  This upgrade replaces the two white hubs with two black hubs on one wheel.  This upgrade is only valid in conjunction with an existing wheel order also in the shopping cart.  To order black hubs separately, please see the accessories page.
